Andrew Sword
- Registered builder in Victoria since 1987. Has held an Unrestricted Domestic Building Licence the entire time.
- Constructed and Renovated numerous homes over the Mornington Peninsula and South East Melbourne for the past 30 years.
- Is the hands-on supervisor for all jobs.
Craig Davies
- Started his own Business and Project Management Business in 1994. Registered Unrestricted Domestic/Residential Builder in Victoria and the Northern Territory.
- Completed several projects including residential units and land subdivisions as developer and Joint Venture partner.
- Engaged as projects Manager for large projects comprising land subdivisions and Multi Level Unit Residential Projects. Project values ranging from $1 million-plus to over $40 million.
